The role
We are looking for a seasoned recruiter who has experience with end-to-end blue and white-collar recruitment. In this role, you will have full accountability for all internal hires for the ACCIONA Geotech business and will be responsible for:
(1)    Delivering on end-to-end recruitment, inclusive a meticulous approach to both systems and documentation; and
(2)    Ensuring we have a strong talent pool of engaged candidates for both current and future roles.
You will collaborate closely with internal hiring managers (i.e. General, Regional, Operations, Construction and Finance Managers, et al) to ensure our corporate, functional and project teams are fully resourced and operational.  This means working to tight deadlines and collaborating internally across the group to map out recruitment strategies and timelines, and plan and act accordingly.
Responsibilities

- Assist Managers with the development of organisational structure (including Position Descriptions) and identification of recruitment needs
- Coordinate the recruitment process in accordance with the organisation’s recruitment procedures
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings and other materials in accordance with the organisation’s recruitment procedures and project needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position
- Manage international applications, including understanding and verifying eligibility and right to work matters
- Respond to enquiries from candidates and Managers about the organisation and project’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies, so that interested parties are informed without compromising the organisation’s standards of privacy and confidentiality
- Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably






 
Requirements
To be a successful candidate in this role, you will need:
5 - 10 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience
Excellent ability to work under pressure
Proven ability for planning, scheduling and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication
Available to commence immediately
