Our competences

ACCIONA's selection process for various competences is designed to identify in candidates the set of skills, attitudes and knowledge that different jobs require.

Our competences are based upon four areas of good performance: results, imagination, people and influence. Get to know them better!

    Ability to focus an activity upon achieving objectives that bring value to ACCIONA.

  • Organization and planning

    Know how to identify, assess and programme the actions that must be carried out to achieve a specific end, how to carry them out and what resources are needed to meet the final objective.

  • Quality management

    Understand procedures and comply with, disclose and master them through action and by example. Also concerns the need to update knowledge.

  • Customer-oriented

    Sensitivity, attitude and commitment in helping both internal and external clients.

  • Business vision

    The ability to imagine where ACCIONA’s efforts and resources should be directed through a global, integrated vision of the market, the competition and the Company’s strategy.

  • Initiative and innovation

    Act in a proactive way, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities and assuming calculated risks. Introduce, in a productive way, new and creative approaches to activities, work processes and products, as well as improving existing work plans.
