What is the aim of the selection process?

To gauge to what extent each candidate meets the competences required for the post.

What does it consist of?

We design each selection process according to the characteristics of the post we want to fill.

Generally speaking, the process involves psycho-technical tests (reasoning, aptitude and personality), a language test and a personal interview with one of our selection experts.

The final phase is a meeting with the line manager for the post, with whom you'll be able to exchange information and know at first hand the nature of the activity you will be carrying out.
