ACCIONA has been awarded the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to build the East Rockingham Resource Recovery Facility (ERRRF). Under the EPC contract, ACCIONA will deliver the project in partnership with Hitachi Zosen INOVA (HZI), the world-leading technology provider and equipment supplier, bringing the next generation of innovation to the Australian waste management and resource recovery sector. The project encompasses the design, construction, financing and operation of a greenfield Resource Recovery facility in the Rockingham Industry Zone 40km south of Perth.
ACCIONA is now looking for a Document Controller to support the East Rockingham RRF. Reporting to the Quality Manager. you will be responsible for maintaining efficient control of project related documents and records, to ensure that all work is carried out using the latest document revisions/versions and all evidence is appropriately filed.
Required Skills and Competencies
Your role is to maintain effective control of project related correspondence to ensure communication is conducted utilising designated mail or form types. You will also ensure that project document control systems are efficiently and effectively utilised for document control, records management, and correspondence. We are looking from someone who has a wealth of experience both using and setting up Aconex and has on-site project history.
You will need to promote solid previous experience working in a diverse and busy project environment. Coming from a similar role you will hit the ground running, can create your own processes and be adaptable to rapid change. You are self-motivated and highly capable in managing competing priorities and working towards strict deadlines.
