ACCIONA Geotech Group Services is a collection of departments that service the group’s construction companies, and one that is continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the way they support the group. Our departments include marketing and communication, legal, finance, HR, HSEQ, workshop and plant and business improvement.
Acciona are now looking for an HR Advisor to provide support in all generalist HR activities. The role primarily requires you to deliver HR advice to line managers across the Company and provide the full range of general HR services and activities including onboarding and Corporate reporting.

Required Skills and Competencies
Your experience working as an HR Advisor in a similar business is advantageous as is your knowledge in construction/Infrastructure. You have delivered and supported contemporary HR practices to medium to large size business. Your experience will give you knowledge on relevant legislation's (EEO), and employment laws. As an HR professional you will also be highly organised and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
