Rail Infrastructure Supervisors - EOI

Established in 1972, Coleman Rail, part of the ACCIONA Geotech group of companies, is a leading rail and infrastructure contractor in Australia.


Coleman Rail are now seeking expressions of interest from experienced Rail/Infrastructure Supervisors to work on various Minor Works Packages and Major Transport Infrastructure Projects across Metropolitan and Regional Rail Networks of Victoria.


With a number of positions available, you will supervise crews of experienced Rail Safety Workers and operate under the direction of Project Engineers and Project Managers for the purpose of constructing or repairing Rail Infrastructure.


Key deliverables in this role:
- Managing compliance

- Work to program deadlines

- Managing and Coordinating trades

- Delivering to specifications of a plan

- Lead by example in safety and best practice

Ideally you will possess the following attributes:
- High attention to detail

- Subcontractor management exposure

- Excellent communication and self-management skills

- 5 -10 years Infrastructure experience with 5 years’ as a Supervisor in:
- Structures

- Civil & Drainage

- Utilities

- Rail


Our pipeline of work includes a wide range of heavy rail, light rail and civil infrastructure projects in various locations around Victoria. Applicants must be willing to be flexible on hours of work, including working occupations, and be able to travel away from home for short periods as required. If you have previous experience working on large scale projects, rail infrastructure and railway station construction, this job is for you.
