Treasury Specialist

Job Description

Manage and control accounting, treasury, financial and tax issues in accordance with ACCIONA policy as defined by the Chief Accountant in Ukraine.


1- Treasury:

  • Processing the payments (preparation of payments order, monitorgin and posting).
  • Maintaining relationship with banks and dealing with all their requests in terms of loans, payments with local banks requirements and regulations.
  • Loan processing (preparation and submission report to NBU about the loan nonresident, % calculation and reflection in the financial booking).

2- Account payable:

  • Handling A/P processes, managing vendor relations, accurate processing the invoices, purchase orders, credit memos.
  • Monitoring payments and expenditures.
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies on a timely basis.
  • Performing month and account analysis.
  • Checking first event for VAT.
  • Responding to vendor and employee payment inquiries.
  • Take care about receving documents hard copy from vendors.

3- Business trip accountant:

  • Handling business trip processes.
  • Monitoring the due date for reporting preparation.
  • Calculate taxation for addition allowance.
  • Preparation of the documents required by local legislation.
  • Preparation and execution of the reimbursemenet to employee.
  • Monitoring the changes in local legislation regarding to business trip and applying it to companies for avoiding the penalties.

Required Skills and Competencies

Education: Degree in Economics/Accounting or similar.

Profile: Previous experience in treasury matters, working experience with currency payments, working knowledge of SAP, M.E.Doc, Client-Bank system, Microsoft Excel, Ukranian statutory and tax regulations, accuracy in dealing with numbers.

Languages/Level: English/High.

Experience: Minimum 5 years holding similar functions.
