Required Skills and Competencies
Degree/Training: University Bachelor's Degree
Additional Training: The candidate should have academic background in socio-humanities matters and reasonable experience, knowledge about: Egyptian Labor Office Social & HSE rules & requirement. Grievance system & ability to manage adopted mechanism. Administrative and Social/HR. Coordination of site facility requirement. Ability to act as Focal point for communication with FMC. Ability to liaise with all the team at site.
Profile: Good competences, disciplined, with reasonable computer skills and capability of reporting and work among the team.
Languages/Level: English Intermediate
Years/Areas experience required: 1-2 years for general industrial sector or renewable power sector
