Our goal is guaranteeing the candidate we select goes on to be successful. Success resides in both fulfilling the job expectations of the employee and being able to integrate the best prepared professionals into our company.

How do we ensure this?

Through a highly professional, standardized selection process, guaranteeing maximum objectivity and trustworthiness

Our selection processes usually involve three different examinations:

  • An aptitude and personality test
  • A test of language skills, often an important requirement
  • An interview, adapted to each selection process and the needs of each job post.

After these, our team will analyze your responses and results. On this basis, the candidates with the skills most suited to the post will be invited to a final interview in which they will get to know their direct manager, facilitating communication between them and the information related to the tasks required for the post.
